Pets
Small sized dogs are allowed only on request at the cost of € 10,00 per day for the room cleaning Please take with you a dog blanket. Pets are not allowed in the hall, the spa centre and the lounge. The dog owner takes responsibility for eventual damages.
Reductions
Reductions for children in the parents' double room with supplementary bed:
Children 0 - 5 years daily price
Children 6 - 10 years 40% reduction.
Teenagers 11 – 14 years 30% reduction.
Teenagers 15 – 17 years 20% reduction.
Additional 3rd bed for adults in a three bed room 10% reduction.
General conditions
· All prices include 10% V.A.T. and service.
· In case of V.A.T. rate changes the prices will be adapted.
· We charge a supplement for single rooms of € 12,00 per day.
· Booking conditions:
A deposit per room room is necessary to confirm the booking
In case of cancellation of a reservation 60 days before arrival we won't charge any costs.
In case of cancellation of a reservation from 60 to 21 days before arrival € 300,00 per room will be charged.
In case of cancellation of a reservation from 21 to 7 days before arrival 80% of the arrangement will be charged.
In case of cancellation of a reservation from less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the arrangement will be charged.
In case of early departure we calculate 100% of the arrangement
We recommend you to place a travel cancellation insurance.
We don't take responsibility in case of illness, bad weather and so on.
· On the day of departure please leave the room before 11am.
· On the day of arrival the room will be ready for occupancy from 2pm onwards.
